The weekend could not have started out better. JP and I went on a little overnight road trip to Atlanta. We met friends & enjoyed a Braves game. Well, most of us enjoyed the game. JP is only there to see his dad. 😆

On the way home, we pulled through a rest stop with an excellent view. JP has been practicing his photography ~ he enjoyed taking pics.

Yes, this was at a rest stop. How have I never seen this? I love South Carolina!

A weekend recap almost in time for the next weekend! I’m doing good. Between the newsletter and Greenville stories, it’s hard to keep this space updated. I’m trying really hard though. Dumping my pics and behind-the-scenes words here makes sense. If nothing else, it’s the perfect platform to share family updates/photos.

My birthday is THIS Friday! Maybe I should put a period instead of an exclamation mark at the end of that sentence. It’s not a milestone or an exciting birthday. But I guess there’s an inner child in all of us who (not so) secretly gets a little giddy when the day arrives. I talk a little more about my birthday in this week’s newsletter.
