Things have been crazy around here the past couple of weeks. I don’t want to elaborate, but I DO want to share some exciting news!

My sister and I have spent MONTHS researching, reading, interviewing medical professionals and getting feedback from therapists + social workers to write a children’s book on anxiety. We submitted the completed manuscript to my publisher a few weeks ago. This past Friday, they offered us a contract!!!

Once we sign the dotted line and secure the copyright, I’ll share more details. We have been on cloud nine all weekend – especially Laurie. This will be her first book. Hopefully it won’t be her last. Who knew this would turn out to be a whole family thing. Nanny is even rolling around a few ideas for a book!

Anyway. That’s what we’ve been up to. I hope all of you are doing great. I’ll share more of a life update later this week.
