The snow has been gone for a few days and I am SO glad. The temperature is CUH-razy though. It’s been around 70 degrees for two days now. I’m definitely not complaining – 70’s is my absolute favorite. The sun has been shining, it’s just beautiful. Only in the South can you experience 18 degrees and 70 in the same week!

I wanted to go ahead and share the remainder of my winter pics (I’m hoping these are the last ones this year – I’m NOT a fan of the cold).

Schools are out today (yay!) so as you read this, there is a 99.999% chance we are still in bed. Once I do pull myself out of bed, there’s an even greater chance I’ll be intimately engaged with a plate of granola wheat pancakes at Eggs Up Grill. It’s been a while since I’ve seen them and it’s true what they say… absence really does make the heart grow fonder. (Don’t judge me! I’m not eating a lot of food these days, this is all I have!)
