A few weeks ago I had an opportunity to enjoy an amazing meal at Up on the Roof in Greenville.
Are you kidding me with these views?!
Believe it or not, this was my first time dining on top of a building, and let me tell you, it did NOT disappoint!
The view from our table was breathtaking.
We were seated on the side of the roof that is typically reserved for private parties The public side has plenty of seating and a couple of fire pits to keep you warm and cozy on cool nights in Greenville. I’ll definitely go back and give that side a try. If outside seating isn’t for you (you may want to make reservations at a place that’s not ‘Up on the Roof’) there is a handful of tables inside that are (almost) as inviting.
We were greeted by a remarkably delicious spread of food.
The Pimento Cheese + Crab Biscuits, Brie + Grape Quesadillas and Garlic Soy Fried Chicken were superb. The only thing I didn’t like about this night is, I didn’t get to sample one of EVERYTHING on the menu! All of it sounded tasty.
If for no other reason, you have to visit Up on the Roof to witness the sunset.
I mean, seriously?
Thanks, guys, for a memorable evening and I look forward to a repeat soon!
