If you’ve read my blog for any amount of time, you are aware of my obsession with The Whistle Stop Cafe in Travelers Rest. Unfortunately I am not able to share the links to my raving reviews. They spiraled into the cyber abyss along with my previous blog.

The Whistle Stop is the perfect place to eat ANYTIME, but the atmosphere is particularly magical during the month of December.

This time each year, Rudolf and his team of collectible ducks fly into town to take their spot in Santa’s sleigh, aka the children’s meal. 

How cute are they?? I love – I mean – the boys love them so much!

Make your way to the charming town of Travelers Rest and pick up one (or more) of the irresistible holiday helpers for your little elf.

This week, The Whistle Stop hosts The Polar Express on the Swamp Rabbit trail, located behind their building. If your little ones love lights and trains, this is not a ride you want to miss. Be sure to come (at least)15 minutes early to enjoy cookies and cocoa with Santa on the rooftop!
