A couple of weekends ago, we took Preston downtown to see the Rubber Duck Derby.  Believe it or not, it was the first time I’d been. It was SO cute!

If you have kids (even if you don’t), you do not want to miss this day in Falls Park – well, next year.  I had no idea what to expect, but was pleasantly surprised at all the activity.

People drive from all over to join in the festivities.  My cousin and his wife met us with their little girl, Teagan.

Unfortunately we didn’t buy a duck to race this year (next year we definitely will) but I bought them a duck afterwards because they were so cute! Not cuter than Teagan, of course. 

Seriously… how cute is she?

Sassy, independent, strong-willed, hilarious, sweet, beautiful and loved by so many people.  Get used to seeing her on the blog.

After the derby, we strolled up Main to grab lunch at Bellacino’s. 

Preston loves to sit on the bar stools in the window.  It’s the perfect spot to people-watch while you eat!  The Philly Steak pizza was lick-your-lips delicious!
