There are many hidden surprises along the Swamp Rabbit Trail. One of our favorites is the Caboose at The Whistle Stop Cafe in Travelers Rest. 

It’s sort of like the pot at the end of the rainbow. Or, in my case, a reward for making it back to the car without killing over dead! 

The Caboose is the perfect pit stop for those days when you just don’t have time to devote to a sit-down meal.

I cannot believe that our summer break is almost over.  If I think about it for too long, it will depress me. I have to make the most of these last two weeks.
