Digging holes and finding shells is not for the faint of heart. He might not have been in school, but look how hard he’s working!
It may not be a formal education, but I would argue that we learned more on this day!

Now, Andrea, you’re a teacher. You know that learning happens ONLY when you sit at a desk and fill out worksheets. And learning happens BEST when you fill out said worksheets neatly, quietly, and with a wholesome attitude. That’s what my elementary school teachers told me, and I’m stickin’ to it.
