Can you hear my sigh from where you’re sitting? Last week was the longest week. Not a bad week, just a long one. We traveled four out of the five days and I was exhausted.
I couldn’t wait for the weekend to relax + recharge.
Travelers Rest (GVL’s neighboring town) has a new Tiny Home community and I checked in for the weekend!
It was my first time in a “tiny home.” I wasn’t sure what to expect.
I won’t lie – I was a little apprehensive. However, once I stepped onto the fall-themed porch, I knew it was going to be a great weekend.
I was right. I’ll be sharing a full story over at Greenville360 soon, but here are a few highlights…
The community is called Creek Walk Tiny Home Community. I won’t use the word adorable on the GVL page, but I’m gonna use it here.
You guys, the houses were so adorable! They even dropped off a bicycle to use during my stay!
My favorite part was feeling like I was a thousand miles away from home (no offense, kids!). But seriously, it was my favorite part.
Everything about the weekend was lovely. And much needed. I slept in, sat on the porch, took long walks, had lunch in town, cooked dinner Saturday, and binge watched Emily in Paris on Netflix. (I may have to dedicate an entire blog post to the main guy) <insert drool emoji>
So yeah. I’m just a tiny bit obsessed with the Tiny Home community and the Hallmark town of Travelers Rest.
Stay tuned for more…
