My Fall In Love With Greenville content has come to an end. The last day, we made biscuits + gravy at the Greenville Tech’s Truist Culinary + Hospitality Innovation Center.

I’ll let you in on a little secret – I didn’t eat them. I’m not a fan of biscuits and I’ve never eaten gravy (yes, I’m really from the south). My family ate them tho and issued high praise, so I’m basically a chef. 👩🍳😉
Let’s be honest, I could never eat all the food I review or cover on social media. I typically take a few bites of everything I’m served and box up the rest. My family + friends are always happy to help get rid of everything! It’s not always easy. The dishes are typically delicious.

Who can believe it’s March?! The temperatures are a little nutty. Two days ago it was in the sixties. Today, it’s supposed to be eighty three! And it’s been dropping into the thirties at night. I’m not complaining. Well, maybe I’m complaining a little. It’s frustrating not knowing what to expect.
I’ve not been walking at Furman lately. I can’t handle the frigid cold. Now that it’s warming up, we’re back at it.

Yesterday we spent most of the day downtown.

Before heading home, I rode them by the construction at Unity Park. Like me, everybody was amazed and excited! City of Greenville, if you’re reading this, the boys have requested an invite to the Grand Opening! 😂
Happy (almost) weekend!
