Opening Night w/The Greenville Drive

Take me out to the ballgame, take me out to… Fluor Field on a Friday night!

The 2022 Greenville Drive season officially kicked off last night (Friday) and the atmosphere was electric!

Preston was on cloud nine all day. All week, actually.
Glove in hand, he was ready to meet a player + catch a foul ball!

Manager Iggy Suarez was all smiles before the game. Preston was all smiles standing next to Iggy Suarez.

# 24 Nicholas Northcut (thank you for driving in the tying run!)

Greenville’s Geoff Hart threw out the famous first pitch. Hart retired from WYFF on May 20, 2021 after serving eighteen years as the station’s Sport’s Director. It was clear that a diagnosis of early-onset Alzheimer’s hasn’t squashed his spirit or love for the community. I don’t mind telling you, I teared up a little.

Looking for an inexpensive way to entertain the whole family? Download the Drive schedule!

Ticket prices range anywhere from $18 to $50 (can vary depending on their opponent) but you can’t put a price tag on time spent with family and good friends. As always, Greenville has mastered the art of making memories.

Fireworks light up the sky after every Friday night home game – it’s worth the price of admission.

Thanks Greenville Drive for a magical night! Until next time…
