The only question you should be asking yourself today is, when am I going to have brunch (or anything really) at Millers All Day in Charleston?
The best brunch I’ve ever had.

When you can’t decide between the Cinnamon Roll and the Banana Bread, you order both. I’ve been polling people on social media: Team Cinnamon Roll or Team Banana Bread?
Before we sat down, I would have told you I was Team Cinnamon Roll. When I tasted the Banana Bread, I melted into the booth. It was a real When Harry Met Sally moment. I haven’t felt that happy in, well, I don’t know if I have ever felt that happy. (Thank you for allowing me to be overly dramatic!)
Don’t get me wrong, the Cinnamon Roll was fantastic. The topping was unforgettable. Definitely order one. There was just something about the chocolate and bananas on top of the banana bread that made it extra special. Extra delicious.
We ate there last week and I’m still thinking about it. That’s a review in and of itself. I’ve focused on the sweet stuff, but everything I ordered was exceptional. Especially the potatoes. The general manager explained how they were made. I don’t speak chef, so I can’t tell you what he said.
I had not heard of Millers All Day. We typed “best places to have brunch in Charleston” into Google and it was one of the first things to pop up. There is a location on James Island and King Street. We went to the one on King. The building is quaint and cozy. Be prepared to wait. We were there on a Friday afternoon and waited a little over an hour.
Take a stroll downtown, it’s worth it.
