We are home and EXHAUSTED.
Someone please explain to me why travel (driving) makes you so sleepy. I could sit right here on this couch and fall into a deep sleep without even laying down.
In fact, I may be sleep-writing right now.

Spartanburg, I believe this is the start of a beautiful relationship.

At Blue Moon Bodega, we ran into our good friend, Dave, from Big Dave Eats. Nanny was in heaven because he is one of her four media BFFs.
You can follow Big Dave Eats here.
After we celebrated with Blue Moon, we enjoyed Music On Main.
Downtown is SO cozy!

After the music, we traveled to Italy walked (not even one block) to Sophia’s for dinner. The spaghetti & meatballs were *chef’s kiss*.

This morning, I stopped in Hub City Bookshop to grab my next two Abby Jimenez books before heading to lunch at the Flock Shop.

Dave suggested I order the Nitty Gritty (add shrimp). Y’all, they put collards in the dish! Read that again…
COLLARDS. IN. THE. DISH. Who came up with that?!?
I’ll write more about it in our Greenville feature, but OH MY. Maybe I’m so sleepy because my belly is so full.
We’re glad to be home, but already looking forward to our next trip.
Tonight and tomorrow morning, we’re switching into art mode. JP has First Fridays tonight at the coffee shop and a market in the morning. After that, I’m heading up the mountain for a week with Camp Joy NC.
I’ll be sure and update from camp.
Happy Friday!
