First of all, how could you NOT enjoy a vacation when this is the view that carries you there?
We spent Spring Break week at Wyndham Smokey Mountains and loved every single minute of it.
You’re not going to believe this, but I didn’t snap pics of the inside of our condo. If you follow my Instagram page, (sunshineandrain33), I did post a Story with a tour of the inside. I don’t know, we were SO busy and there were SO many kids and the lighting wasn’t right and we were rarely in the room, etc. You’ll have to take my word for it when I tell you that the rooms were perfect. We had a two bedroom that slept eight with two full baths and a full kitchen.
The balcony was our favorite spot. At any given time, it was filled with picnics, imaginary play and one or two adults trying to read. You can imagine how well that went over. Let’s just say, I left home with a book to read and came home having read about 4 pages. I did work a lot on this trip, so I can’t blame ALL of it on the little travelers.
I mentioned that we didn’t stay on the grounds much. Our days were spent walking (and walking and walking and…) through Dollywood, but when were were on site, the kids enjoyed both the playground and the putt-putt course. Ummm, the FREE putt-putt course! There were actually two of them – one on each side of the property. And two playgrounds too.
Personally, I loved the putt putt course right outside our condo door. The view was gorgeous, as you can see. There was a little brown trunk that held clubs of different sizes, balls, score cards and pencils. How cute is that? And did I mention it was free?!
We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Wyndham Smokey Mountains and hopefully will have an opportunity to return in the future.
