Little Cabin in the Woods|Pigeon Forge Airbnb

IMG_5978 When you think of me, I hope you think of the beach. It is my absolute favorite place in all the world. Having said that, you won’t find me crying over a weekend in the Smokey Mountains!

IMG_5855We wanted to use our Dollywood passes while the Fall/Halloween kid stuff was going on, so we thought it was a good time to try out another Airbnb.

As with all the others, we were not disappointed. The cabin was exactly as described on the site and Amanda, the host, was very friendly and 100% reachable (is that a word?).

IMG_5835I didn’t take a lot of pictures of the upstairs. When you walk in, there’s a living area with a couch, chair, coffee table and television. The kitchen is right next to the living space.

Upstairs, there is one bedroom with a king bed and one full bath. The beds were SOOOO comfortable! Through the kitchen door is a back deck with a hot tub, which I also do not have a picture of – what in the world was wrong with me?!  Geez.

JP and I shared the downstairs space. It was my favorite.

IMG_5831As cool as this jacuzzi tub might look, it was the only part I wasn’t completely excited about. It was great for the boys, but clearly us adults couldn’t exactly take advantage – it was in the MIDDLE OF THE BEDROOM! Off to the side (and, again, not pictured) is another full bath and walk-in closet.

We also had our own back deck with chairs and a swing!

IMG_5928All he really wanted was to see a bear. Umm, no thank you.

  1. For some reason my son has been asking to go to Tennessee for the last few months. He has a birthday coming up. It looks like it would be fun for a weekend getaway.
