My Favorite Time of Year

I wanted to pop in and share the link to my weekend at the Creek Walk Tiny Home Community in Travelers Rest. You can click here to read it!

Another busy week is in the books. I’m so ready for a break. Normally, this is my favorite week of the year. Thanksgiving. Pre-Covid, that meant lust-worthy food, friends who are family, and a picnic table scape in the middle of Ocean Lakes Family Campground.

Not this year.

I’m not going to go on and on about it because it just makes me so dang sad. Lots has changed (for everyone) in 2020. Next week is no exception. However, rather than dwell on our losses, I’m choosing to focus on the good that’s in front of my face. Every day.

Their laughter melts my anxieties and reminds me to smile. Life really is good. Even when it’s not.

I don’t know what tomorrow holds, but I do know Who holds tomorrow.
