Bye, Bye, boring breakfast! Eggs Up Grill has taken mundane food and turned it into mouth-watering treats!

Eggs Up Grill on East Main Street in Spartanburg is company owned and houses the test kitchen – where the magic happens!

New dishes are created here and sold in franchises everywhere. Which is your favorite location? Obviously I’m partial to Pawleys Island!

We were excited to experience the new “Summer of Yum” menu.

Key Lime Pie Pancakes – two fluffy cakes separated by key lime pie filling, topped with whipped cream, powdered sugar and graham cracker crumbles.

“The absolute best thing to happen to pancakes since maple syrup!” (In Faye’s opinion – I’m not a fan of maple syrup, but it was definitely summer yum!)

How can you possibly improve on cinnamon swirl french toast? Add real banana pudding, whipped cream, graham cracker crumbles, and banana slices. <insert drool emoji>

Waffle fans will want to sample the new Summer Berry Waffle. Eggs Up Grill‘s famous waffle with fresh blackberries, raspberries, and powdered sugar on top. Add a generous drizzle of dark chocolate and… be still my heart!

If you’re not an early riser who’s into a big breakfast (we are not the same), check out the Summer Berry Grilled Chicken Salad! A spinach and romaine mix with blackberries, raspberries, praline pecans, and tender grilled chicken breast.

Each location has a children’s menu sure to please the tiniest taste buds.
